Default OS 90 four cycle engine new in box

I am new to four cycle engines. I bought this engine "new in the box" and it does seem so.

My questions are:

1) What do I need to do to not ruin it while breaking it in with "modern" fuels that weren't around when this engine was "born"?

2) I plan to mount it in a Sig Four Star 60 I am building from a kit. I plan to mount it upright due to the large number of inverted four stroke pilots I see at the field on their knees cussing and a fussing over their engines having trouble being inverted !

3) What fuel and plug do you reccomend?

4) What size of prop for sport flying and break-in?

My emial address is

[email protected] if you care to email me direct, I have a habit of not being able to find my way back to my postings on RC Universe...Is it old age or am I just dumb??
