Most sailboats are rigged similiar. Look at the manuals for some of the sailboats from Kyosho here

From your pictures it looks like the front sail ( jib ) bottom pivot point is wrong. I think the aluminum boom at the bottom of that sail is flipped end to end

Post some closer photos of the rigging near the deck.
