i have the version 3 hh 100t and i have ran it on the bench for about half a gallon of gas. i have the low end set at 1/2 turn out and the top end is 1/2 out also. the midrange sounds good as does the lowend but i can't get the topend to clean out. it just burbles and sounds as if it wants to clean up but can't quite get there.
i am running a 26a vess prop and it is turning 5800 rpm's. i actually closed the topend all the way while it was running at full throttle and it had no effect at all still way rich. there is lots of residue coming from the pipes and it actually drips out after the engine has shut off. it's a bear to start also like it's getting way to much gas. any idea's anyone????
