You don't use much and watch how tight you make them or they will strip. If you have not been to, by all means check out the build videos by Bob Finliss on heli---freak
http://www.heli---freak.com/ (remove hyphans). Great videos os a TRex 450 setup and there is also a video on using lock tight. It appears the sight is down right now too.
