I have not had to heat most. Make sure your hex wrench fits the screw head snugly. Pitch screws that round internally and grind down the hex wrench if it starts to round. You might buy a high quality 1.5mm wrench as well. That's the one you will use most often.
Going to get a high-quality set from LHS this weekend! I notice that there are holes cut in my aluminum case to hold them, too.
