If you goto the customs site that actully isnt true, the officers can use discression to open anything they want. dosnt even matter if its yours anyway and you left it behind, a jacket for example, if it was tatty and worn its ok, but if in decent condition you can be charged even tho its yours.
The trigger is anything sent postal over 18 quid.
