Are you using the recommended throws? My first flight was that far back and it got pretty nasty, even on low rates. I like a tail heavy plane, usually, but when it's a cap and a 15mph crosswind is a good day. Tail wheel first landings are not the preferred method. How high are you getting the nose on your harriers? I couldn’t keep it from slipping into a hover, when I got the nose up high, with the CG that far back. With the CG at the recommended point, and flapperons, I was trucking around at about 75deg, with no rock.
It does waterfall better with the weight aft that's for sure
