Mine weighs 12.5 lbs w/ a OS 160 and Bisson muffler. Kruges, try putting your plane on a diet. Go w/ a smaller NIMH pack - 1000 mah will do if you recharge after 4 flights. Loose the wheel pants, if you're using them and save about 3 ozs. Remove the pilot for another 3 or 4 ounces savings.

If you can afford it, look at getting a composite landing gear. By shaving a pound off the plane, performance will improve noticebly.
