Luvbibes, i am not exactly sure on my weight. i am using a old rusty fish scale that i am sure is not accurate, but if it is telling more than the weight it is better for the fish stories. i havent added anything extra to the plane. 605's on the elev a rudd. 225 on the throt and jr 537's in the wing. we are on bad grass so the pants have never been on. about the only thng i can do to take weight away is change the pack and take off the 4'' alum vortec spinner. will your plane with the 160 pull out of a hover quickly? i had never owned a 4stroke before, and i know i might of broke it in a little on the lean side. i am just wondering if others using the 180 have the same performance as me. maybe it might not be a bad idea to put a ring in it. also if chanbing the gear to composite will take off that much weight i would definately be interested. where would i find it for this plane. thanx bibes.
