RE: GIANT stinger g62 help!
Great link ratfink. Using it as a favorite. However am looking for larger landing gear for that not so perfect landing in the wind. Have heard that landing gear alone should spread at least 25% of wing length. 84"wing=21" gear. Looking for something around 25" for that heavy wing flopping back and forth on the ground. Like to drill lightening holes then attach wire for support. Have huge gear on a four star 120 with a thunder tiger 120-2 stroke. Really helps swing a 17x4w prop. When I was a kid built the model ratfink. You are giving me a great idea for the pilot of this ship. Also honoring "you "one of our forum buddies. By the way if I could give my opinion of engine's. That thundertiger 120 with a simple foremost check valve for tank pressure runs the same as the rest of them.FLAWLESS!!! One or two flips every time, super low idle with not one gurgle in midrange. Uses 10%, and takes the fourstar to the sky accelerating. Cheap to buy. Cannot figure out why they are not more popular. Guess they don't advertise in towers. Over seas they are" THE engine!!"
Thank's again!!!!!!!!! KELLDOG
