You got it. The HiTech servos need to be reversed from Futaba servos. I had the same thing a few years back, but mine was with the cyclic, and the helicopter did a nice flop as I was lifting off. That was before I got real serious about doing a COMPLETE pre flight inspection on my helicopters. Hasnt happened since.
