Default RE: Sig Kougar Build

Go by the manual. Do the wings first . Before gluing them together, use the outline of the wing at the leading edge to make a pattern for the leading edge/fuse fairing. then go ahead and build the fuse. take your time and get the bottom front shaped and sanded to match the bulkheads. Then shape and sand the wing/fuse fairing to match.
I glued the wings together and then shaped the leading edge. It is easier to match both sides this way. If you do not have a small block plane, you will need one. I found a nice little Stanley at the local hardware. This one worked better than the others I have, even better than the Master Airscrew plane.
I used 1/8th balsa sticks to attach the canopy and the turtle deck.
