I bought and ARF SSE a month ago and am to the point of installing a engine . I`m going to start out with the Saito .56 that was on my 4* . After it has been broke in, it pulled the 4* good and the planes weigh about the same. Or I do have a OS 46ax or a GMS.47 I can install on it. After doing some research , it seems most have 2 stroke on them .

I have a Saito .56 on my SSE and love it. The plane is so light that the .56 is plenty of power for my flying style. Many members here have larger 4-strokes on their SSEs and haven't posted any problems. If you've already got a great .56 FS, I say strap it on and see how she flys. I'd bet if you were happy with it on your 4*, you'll enjoy it on the SSE too!
