Gene Hempel told me about making an engine out of clear plastic and running it (with an electric motor, I suppose) with smoke going through it, in front of a high speed camera. Gene wrote the CL speed column for Model Aviation for 14 years, but I don't recall ever reading about this experiment. Anyone know anything about it?
