Guys, im so happy to see you here. i bought this wm cap 232 last month and until now i still have this question on my mind about the engine. i have a thunder tiger pro 46. but i want it to have this unlimited vertical climb thats why im planing to put an os 55fx instead of this tt pro.now my question is wouldn't i be having a problem in centering the spiner to the cowl? because there are blind nuts installed already i might be driling again. or wouldn't i be getting problems in the weight. or i might have a prop strike for longer props. please advise, i dont want to comint any mistakes on this.

The TT46 is already mounted, right? All engines that are bolted to a motor mount will have their prop shafts aligned equally. If the mounting holes for the two engines are too different to use the existing holes in the motor mount, then simply get another identical motor mount. Set the new engine on the new mount to have the drive washer the same distance to the firewall, and the spinner will be exactly where it was with the tt46.

If you're going to use an OS55AX, you're going to have more power. About 20% more.
