Wow, stupid me, i have/had the EXACT same issue with the Dynam flybar! :|
I think the Xtreme-upgrades got my sidetracked as i just yet found i couldn't get blade tracking correct either! Lil' ol' Dremel has helped me out, cutting little less then 1mm of the 'female' linkage. I'll try sanding (also with the Dremel ) on another linkage. I think the thread is 5mm 'long' so you can probably safely remove 2mm right? Scary though .
