YHR, I not sure if it was you but I think you said you are not into the task of building the Tamiya Tanks. But if you do buy the Sherman I really think it may change your mind,(I hope) They are well done and parts fit together like they should, and there are a LOTS of parts

I enjoyed the heck out of building the sherman, and then once built it's very easy to mod. the plasic they use cuts and drills much easier then the HLs. The cost is not what I'd like to pay so for now the Sherman and the (future) King Tiger is my limit. I say this now, but will not swear to it.(I hope my wife does not read this
