Well thanks for the advice. I currently have a fair amount of time on the CX2 and the Real Flight sim. I understand that the CP's are tough to fly and even a t rex is easier. I have access to a large gym everyday to learn without wind and do not have the current money to get a T-rex. It was looking to be in the range of $800 when all said and done including extra battery and spare parts while the CP would be around $200 used with extra parts.
I am willing to get a used one, I know they can come with problems, but I am good at fixing them and this site is a huge resource. Plus there are 3 LHS within 20 minutes of my house who carry parts and for a small fee would trim it out if I was unsuccessful.
