u sure the tail spins freely? make sure there isnt any binding. make sure it didnt break the boom shaft (when you still the tail it should spin the main blades as well) i would go ahead and order some 2212 archery arrows, they work perfect to replace to tail boom and they are a lot cheaper than buying a new one. ive got one on my falcon right now because i had a boom strike and bent the boom pretty bad and already had the arrows so i just replaced it. i just bought two arrows when i was ordering all my spare parts, each arrow makes two booms. all you have to do when you get it, is measure it out and cut it at 14 3/16" is its perfect.
