Perhaps it's semantics. Are we talking about the idlers (big rear wheels) or the 3 little rollers across the top. The 3 little guys don't need to be removed, but the larger rear idler must be separated and replaced. Methinks he means the 3 little guys across the top. Kagero43, please correct me if I'm wrong.
