This will take out the motor fairly quickly, but I really think you need a 3S LiPoly in the 1350-1500mAh range to achieve an acceptable level of performance with a 400 motor. Ideally, you'd want a 9.6V NiMH, and a 2S LiPoly will leave you a little short.
