I have to tell you that I'm with Ian, There is absolutely no excuse for selling an inferior product PERIOD!!!!
If Mfg.s can't build their product up to standard and in such a way that it will do what it is intended to do then they should not be in the business "after all it is an airplane and an airplane is supposed fly" and it is advertised as almost ready to fly, FLY. are we to be satisfied with one take off and no landings?? Of course if the product continues to sell they will continue to produce it. the only way to force a correction is to complain to the company and tell everyone you come in contact with.
It just blows my mind that anyone would make an excuse for this kind of business practice.
