Ok, hope I can help. I mate of mine has one of these and to be honest, they are pretty bad. The engine has so much compression that it breaks the (really soft rubber) motor mounts when you try to start it, the holes in the radio box dont line up with the linkages, stuff like that.

As ryan said, a feigao motor and cheap esc should get you going pretty well. www.unitedhobbies.com would be a good place to start, with [link=http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbycity/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=4882]this[/link] motor and [link=http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbycity/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=4315]this[/link] esc. Both are proven to work well together, and should give you descent power on about 8 ni-mh cells (or 3 lipo cell is your feeling flushed). You can get everything else here in the UK from www.astecmodels.co.uk - motor mounts, a new coulpling (5mm to 4mm), and probably a new prop. The standard one willl probably be too big, but it is hard to find any other 4mm drive dog props , but you can just buy 4mm threaded props and put them on the bit where the prop nut shows.
