Ok I think I need to clarify something here – I’m from the UK and I bought the extreme core from a UK distributor for £30 (about 60 US dollars!) yes it is allot of money for a few plastic parts, but I priced up the Dynam Vortex parts separately from a UK distributor (the cheapest I could find) and they would cost me £56!!! That’s about $112 US dollars!!!!!
I have bought stuff from the states in the past and I’ve actual got a boom and skid on order from KR’s hobbies but it can take between 3-5weeks to be delivered – that’s along time for a heli to be grounded!! If I order from a UK company I’ll get the parts the next day.
You guys think its expensive to fly… you should try doing it in the UK!! - A set of Dynam Vortex Blades (2 upper, 2 Lower) will set you back $20!!!
We have been trying a new shipping method. 3 to 4 days to Amsterdam. 2 -3 days to Canada. 3-4 days for the UK. Just an FYI. Got stuff from HK in 2 days, actually still had the British Air sticker on it. At least it traveled first class (so to speak).
I have not used the EXTREME/Dynam core stuff. I have a set of Dynam motors on a Walkera 5#4. Good motor, better than stock, but I will be trying the XTREMES next week.
PS. XTREME replacement collars are being shipped from HK tomorrow. All current customers who purchased the XTREME grips will be receiving them free of charge. Should be here first of next week, then on to you all directly after that.
