Default RE: Set-up for this track?

Thanks MorganSS, I was going to get the bowties but tried a cheap bid on ebay for the panther chameleons, set of 4 brand new in the bag. I cant beleive I won them for $16.00. A set of 2 on towers is like almost $20.00. I will use these for starters. That big jump in the pic has the clay built up even with the side boards now, I think that was a pic of when they were changing the layout, all the triples and doubles are rounded at the top and not as steep. I ordered all the fluids Sunday that I stated above, so glad to see Im in the ball park with the tips you gave me. Thanks again.
no problem, have a good time, I am def no setup-guru but I know what I personally like to drive, honestly I run almost the same setup everywhere I go with minor tweaks here and there mainly with my shocks. Once you find out what you like its just minor adjustments to get it totally dialed in to your driving style. Just remember the main thing is to make smart decisions about what your doing, if you arent lined up for the big jump then just roll it, you wont lose that much time, I have a ton of respect for people who know when they shouldnt pin the throttle, just this weekend I made the mistake of slapping my front tires on the flat part of the track exploding my front shock, trust me, driving the remainder of a 25 minute A main with 3 shocks was NO fun but I did it, and had a 13 second lead before it happened, I finished 4th out of 11 people and missed out on a SWEET trophy. Im still kicking myself for doing it but I def learned a lesson. Im pretty good about not wrecking and even if your faster than me, Id bet money that your going to wreck and Im gonna get by. Hang with it and get some help from the guys at the track, Im just glad to see someone who is actually racing, rather than bashing, bashing is for sissies.

Have a blast
