Just set the top end to max rpm and richen it half the width of the screw slot. You may be way lean and have to richen it quite a bit, but you want max rpm regardless of the way you have to move it. You can adjust the low end for the transition. When I first got mine I did just the opposite and it tuned great but now I have to tune it this way to get it right.
