Go to PayPal or your credit card to get a refund. Asking would not do any good, seeing at they have not responded to you previous e-mails. My mistake was I waited too long (PayPal) so I had no choice but to speak up on the forums, e-mail BYA, and pray.
Agree, cancel the order now. But, I did order from BYU last week and received my parts in 4 days. John
