Geoff,

Your flight #3 numbers "seem" high, however your number of fades in WELL below what I have EVER gotten. It is not uncommon for me to get up to 100 fades (I am only using one external antennae). Like Sean, I have not ever felt so much as a hint of not being in control (other than my pure lack of ability). When you start seeing "Holds".....become concerned. Until then, burn Kero.
