RE: 2nd plane. which best?
I'm not too sure about either of those 2 handling the wind easily, but I would have to say to go with the typhoon. If it is your 2nd plane, then you need to keep the rates low on the plane, untill you get used to its flight caracteristics.
If you really want to fly in winds up to 15-20 mph, then I would suggest getting a plane made of wood, with a built up structure. Someting like a Cermark Lil Banchee 3D or a E-Flight Extra 260 would do nicely in the wind.
