Default RE: Question Ref Spektrum fades/frames figs.

All,

Thanks for all the responses, really appreciated.

Two things of interest. Firstly, when starting the model I was holding the Tx and so naturally it was very close to the model and secondly on the third flight I was doing a lot of rolling and snapping manoevres and since the model is doing about 2 snaps per seconds it is rolling really rapidly so maybe thats the cause of the high counts.

In any case, during the 4 flights at no time did I not feel as though I didnt have control so I will continue to fly it, monitoring the counts for my own curiosity.

When I get home tonight I will pull one of the external aerials out to ascertain which is left and right as I am very interested to see if the R aerial is the one at the back of the model in the fin as mentioned by Dave Presta.

Dave W - I think you might be right and we simply don't have this level of info with standard 35 Mhz Rx's(apart from the weatronics/ACT etc).

Thanks again for the replies

Geoff.
