most packs that small do not have balance taps.....
they are just really small...

also, if you are using a pack that small, it is assumed that you are trying to save weight....
so the balance tap adds more weight...

I am all for balancing and any and all of my bigger packs are balanced, but my 400 and 300mAh packs are not to save weight
