My reciever of choice is a 555 hitech, cheap and very durable. I bought 6 or so on rcu and e-bay last winter all new for about $35 each if you watch carefully. I have used O5S hitech single conversions on my SSC planes for the last 2 seasons with good results. I think we bought those for $23 each from our LHS here. Need to protect the 05S as it only has a cardboard case.
