If you're bringing something for Toys for Tots, you may want to check with Doug Wheeler et al whether the club is still taking donations, as I believe the club fundraising event has already past and I don't know if there is an end-date for stuff being handed in. I sent my CX in a couple of weeks ago.

Is the dumpster definitely happening ?

If so, I still think we should have a tiered membership, with us out of towners (i.e. the jet guys) paying a higher fee to cover the dumpster. Traditionally, with the "supported by donation" thing, in the long term it's the same handful of guys who end up covering the costs all the time while others skate by with their hands firmly in their pockets. I'll try to fit a propane heater in the van to help ease the chill a little, but maybe this time we should just go somewhere warm for dinner (like the WillowQ ?) then head back to the hotel for our beverages, instead of being masochists and standing out in the 35 degree air for several hours at night ... ?

If it's freezin cold, I may well be an "early hotel dasher" just coz I see no point in trying to prove my manliness by standing outside in the cold for hours on end . I'm an old fart (a.k.a 'wus') now, and I emigrated (twice) to get away from that cold s**t.
