Is the dumpster definitely happening ?

If so, I still think we should have a tiered membership, with us out of towners (i.e. the jet guys) paying a higher fee to cover the dumpster. Traditionally, with the "supported by donation" thing, in the long term it's the same handful of guys who end up covering the costs all the time while others skate by with their hands firmly in their pockets. I dont see why the people who will be using the dumpster the least should pay the most???? I think everyone should pay the same amount. Locals will be using it more than out of towners if anything.
I'm with Ian on this if the dumpster will be there 24/7/365. However, if it's only for the "Weekend at the Willows" get-togethers, perhaps the hat should be passed. If ten guys paid $10 each, the cost would be covered. That's three gallons of unleaded.....

Historically, the club has absorbed such costs as a general expense - but saw no need for a dumpster. Let me see what I can come up with.
