I already flew my Hanger 9 P-51 PTS (with all the training stuff on) with absolutely no problems. Other than I tore a landing gear off AFTER I LANDED in a ground mole hole or something[:'(]. I don't think I will have any problems with flying the Cub on the maiden and trimming her. I'm not in a club (yet) but have visited some. I fly at my house on my 37 acers. I don't have a really good landing spot but the driveway is long enough for short takeoffs (at least for my foamies, Nextar and P-51).

You would probably think I'm nuts for flying were I do at my house especially after only about six months experence. Trees, barns satalight dish, house and an ocasional vehicle. But my landing strip (front yard) is pretty clear but pretty rough and a little short for Nitros. I own a back hoe and plan to make a long and smoooooooooth landing strip soon.
