It sounds like a definite wing problem be sure to ckeck the incedence on the inside and outside of wing to se if there is a twist I bet you will find something not right there.Or this might sound stupid but I see it alot, check the aileron trim and make sure with it trimed out the left and right are equal amounts but oposite trim in othere words one is flat and the other is down or up.
