Yes, it does, its called the midrange adjustment, and it's not actually a needle, it's the opposite. The low speed needle slots into it. Anyway, don't need to touch it til you get more advanced at tuning, but what it basically does is move the position of the fuel delivery within the carb. It's important if you ever do play with it, that you make equal and exact opposite adjustments to the low speed as you do it, otherwise you're just detuning your low speed. It's easy to get an engine out of whack this way, be careful.
