Well got the new plug in the Saito and started it up per everyones suggestions and it runs good, not great. I set the idle screw even with the throttle arm (metal arm) got the high end adjusted and did not need to readjust the idle at low end, idled fine. It transitions relatively well to full throttle and run a couple small tank fulls through it on the test stand. A couple times she died at full throttle. I beleive it was because of the full tank setup on my test stand sucks[:@] but I'm not sure.

Sooooooo I will rebuild my dads 50 year old test stand with a better full tank setup. Should I mount the fuel tank level with the engine?

This engine still scares me that it will quit on me during its maiden.
