I just picked up a Perry V30 pump to use with my OS 4-stroke and the instructions only apply to two strokes. For the two stroke it says to tap the crankcase and install the nipple, place the pump as close to the carb as possible. Has anyone installed this for a 4-stroke? Do you have to do the same thing or do you run it off the muffler pressure?

Engine: OS 91FSII Surpass 4 stroke

Stock Muffler

Gas tank: Simple two line (one from the muffler to tank for pressure, and one line going to carb which is split with a dubro kwik filler – the one when you push in the filler it blocks flow to the carb and opens flow into the tank).
