Pictures pending, i'll send them to your mail....but for what i'm looking at the pictures, you are braking more the rear tires than the front tires....you should pull the arm that pushes the front pads more to the back, i don't know if yoy understnd me...but in another way...from the servo goes a stick that pulls the stock that push the fron pads, that stick you should put it a bit backwars, or pull it more to the engine side, then the rear one you could push it a bit backwars, so it could brake a bit better. Real cars brake in average 70% front 30% rear (for a reason of weight transfer), 5% more or less, (now with the abs brakes these could be a bit modified but is always in that range)

Maybe that way you could improve the breaking of the truggy....
