The Parkzone Typhoon 2 RTF should be a pretty good choice. You might also look at some of the RTF planes available from http://www.parkflyers.com like their Edge 540, Extra 330L, or GeeBee 3D Profile.

These are all true Ready-to-Fly aircraft and can be flown in smaller spaces.
