Ah... I almost forgot:

The first E-Flight CNC bearing cup that I bought didn't fit. It was too small and could not be installed.

The LHS where I bought the first cup didn't have any more in stock so I went to another LHS. LHS #2 happened to have both the E-Flight AND Microheli bearing cups. I preferred the MH cup 'cause it was silver, but when I put it on my heli it was REALLY loose. I mean it RATTLED. I couldn't believe that it was being sold as a CX2 cup. So I took off the MH cup and put on the E-flight. It was a little snug but it went on OK. (FYI - I took my heli to the shop with the inner shaft removed so that I could test fit the cup before I left the store.)

And that's the story of how I got rid of my outer shaft vibration.

(Since this happened, I've learned to always take my heli with me when I go to my LHS's to buy parts.)
