well, possibly, but it couldn't be that wrong or it wouldn't lift off the ground - sounds like the swashplate is whacked, or the links from the swashplate to the blades are whacked

does the swashplate top look level, front to back and side to side? - is it perpendicular to the shaft? - are the links on right?
