I have been running my new DL50 on Lawnboy Ashless @30:1, with a Vess 23A on it.
I have ran about 3/4 gallon thru it.
I don't hold it there but, during this last tank I ran it up and it is getting to 6600rpm with an idle at 1550rpm.
Do these seem to be normal numbers for this early in the break in?
Don't worry about all the numbers, will get better on the next to to three tanks of fuel. May need to tweak the carb a bit as it improves. If the airplane performs to your flying ability, it doesn't matter what the tach reads.
