RE: DL-50 engine
I think everyone has read the warning on Bob's web site Al and the VVRC he is talking about is me, Valley View RC. I would like to get something straight about the DL-50cc engines, there are no seconds, they all come from the same place. The ones I sell, or the guys selling on EBay or anyplace else are all the same engine from the same factory. If you will read all of this thread you will see that I encourage people to buy from Bob, that is why my price is $5.00 higher than his. I know Bob only sells DL-engines and I sell almost everything that a person needs to fly a gas airplanes including the airplane. The only reason I sell DL-50cc engines is because Bob is out of engines most of the time. I have talked to Bob several time and he seems to be a great guy but if he is the only factory authorized dealer for DL then why doesn’t he have any engines? A customer called me today and purchased a DL-50 from me and told me he called Bob and was told that he would not have engines for three weeks? I just get tired of people saying that DLUSA is the only person that can sell DL engines in the US, this is just not true. And you try to make it sound like anyone that is selling DL’s other than Bob is doing something underhanded, Again not true. A DL-50cc engine is the same no matter where you buy it, the only thing that is different is the person you are buying it from. I stand behind my engines just like Bob does. Again buy from Bob but when he is out of engines give me a call I will have them in stock but please don’t make me look like a bad guy doing something underhanded.
