Yes, positive to negative for each cell. 5 total cells to make a 6 volt pack. Now for the warning!!! You need to have very good soldering skills if you plan to solder together cells that do not have solder tabs on them. The seals for the battery cell are made from a form of plastic and if you apply too much heat while trying to solder to the battery you will melt that seal. Once the seal is gone the battery is basically ruined. It may keep voltage, but it can now fail at any time and should not be trusted in flight.
