My brother has a radio with the Spectra module, but he bought it used.

No metal clip..... I also would have wondered what it was for.

He tried clipping the little screwdriver on the handle of the transmitter but it kept getting knocked off. Now it lives in his transmitter case. Most our stuff is on ch 49 but occasionally we take something out that is on 44 or 47.
