I own a LHS and I can tell you that they all will fix what you send them if you tell them that. Only when the repair bill goes over 50% of new will they call you. If you tell them up front to call, thats when you get a call first. The product goes to the end of the line until they hear from you. It then has to work it's way up to the tech again. They will not start repairs unless you send a cc number with the letter. Dennis
