Are you sure that the 60 amp esc will do? Remember that I am using a 5000 mAh battery, BL 46 outrunner, and a 13x8. You could be right, ist's just that I was told that I needed a bigger esc.

On mine I run the 46 with a 16x8 on 6s, with a Castle 60 esc. I did eliminate the built in bec and go with a receiver pack on mine though.
Maybe they told you you needed a bigger bec not esc. It's pretty much stretching the limits of the built in bec in the Castle esc. I'd say either add a ubec (stand alone) or an rx pack.
