I agree. For the price that's a very impressive speed but Crusty keeps mentioning th SV, aren't we talking about a black jack? I'd be very impressed with a 50mph SV b/c I've been struggling to top 40 (all original power plant for now). Still be impressed with 50 out of a BLBJ. But if you pack $1200 in the best materials into a 19" boat I'd expect you could do more the clown makes a good point.
